What is Tai Chi for Diabetes

Tai Chi for Diabetes (TCD) is specifically designed by Dr. Paul Lam in conjunction with his tai chi associates and a team of medical experts. Based on Sun and Yang style tai chi, TCD is easy to learn, effective and safe. It is designed and proven to improve the management of diabetes. The TCD program will also help to increase flexibility and muscle strength, increase heart/lung activity, align posture, improve balance and integrate the mind and body.

Certification

This workshop is designed for instructor qualification to safely and effectively instruct the TCD form to others. An application form, questionnaire, and release will be sent to all who register. It is required that participants have or purchase and study the DVD prior to class.

All participants will receive a certificate; however, only participants who fulfill the requirements will be qualified to apply for the Board Certification to teach this program.
