* Monthly /
Urban Youth Network Learning Community / Urban Youth Network-– join fellow youth workers for worship, prayer, news and support
Contact Brian Dye for details at 773.704.8188 or e-mail him at / A Learning Community is a monthly gathering of 12-15 urban leaders from around the city of Chicago who meet for about 4 hours to discuss a book selection, enjoy great food, play, pray, laugh, share deeply and more. The heart of this project is to help you to grow personally, live accountably and to experience community. / Applications are due Sept. 24th. If you are serving in ministry in your church, live in the Chicago area and seek to grow in community, then this is for you. Two Learning Communities for men and one for ladies will be beginning this October. /

The following grid gives you an idea of what is happening in Chicago in any given month. These events include things for your youth, as well as events that could benefit you and your fellow youth workers.

You should not try to be at all of these events. You should try to have either yourself or one of your volunteer staff attend an Urban Youth Network meeting each month, and try out some of the other monthly options.

Please use this as a guide so you don’t plan an event that competes with a similar audience, or plan an event that is already taking place! We encourage you to collaborate with other ministries.
