The sharp-edged metal tiles are hung into a special substructure via a positive connection and tension-free. The metal tiles can be dismounted without using tools. This guarantees free access to the ceiling void.
Tolerances and quality requirements according to TAIM, DIN EN 13964 and durlum Standards.
Material: Optionally galvanized sheet steel, aluminium or stainless steel

Delivery and installation of a durlum system S2 substructureconsisting of the white painted carriers T24 [optionally T15]. They have been manufactured from coil-coated material in a roll forming process.
The carriers are suspended from the bare ceiling at a spacing of 1200mm [module 600] or 1250mm [module 625] with nonius suspension elements [rigidly] or quick fixing hangers using officially approved dowels.
The spacing of the suspension hangers depends on the requirements of DINEN13964 and the statics of the system and must be proven and established by the contractor.
The carriers have punched slots in the vertical ligaments, into which cross carriers T24 [T15] 1200mm or 1250mm in length are snap-fitted at the module spacing.
T24 [T15] profiles 600 and 625mm in length are snap-fitted in the punched slots friction-locked.
Ensure horizontal and flush alignment during installation of the grid thus formed.
You have to use constructions, which areapproved by the manufacturerof the metal tiles.
