We Are Offering Several Sponsorship Opportunities for You to Support This Worthy Cause

The Bay City Main Street program is hosting the Wild Game and Wine CAMOFEST on January 28, 2017 from 1 pm to 5 pm. The festival will take place in Historic Downtown Bay City. We are excited to have “Slim Bawb” and the “KG Williams Band” as our live entertainment. We will have cooking “guides” providing locally caught samples of wild game, fish and fowl and food inspired by Texas wines. We will also have samples of wine from local wineries, wine and Texas beer for sale. CAMOFEST highlights our one of a kind Downtown Bay City and Matagorda County as the “gateway to the great outdoors.”

We are offering several sponsorship opportunities for you to support this worthy cause.

Bull’s Eye (Limited) Event Sponsors - 10 wine packages, 15 raffle tickets, 10 Wild Game Camo food camp tickets, Trophy Room seating and media advertising. An event banner will be placed at entrance to the event. $3,000

Trophy Buck (Limited) Music Sponsors – 6 wine packages, 6 Wild Game Camo Food camp tickets, 10 raffle tickets, Trophy Room seating and media advertising. A banner will be placed on the live entertainment stage during the event. $1,500

Dove Tail – (15 available) Wine Sponsors - 6 wine packages, 5 raffle tickets, Trophy room seating. A banner will be placed on wine tent during the event with your name. $750

Beer Barrel – Beer Sponsors (15 available) 5 raffle tickets, 2 Wild Game Camo food camp tickets, 2 Camo Hats and 2 Koozies , Trophy Room seating. A banner will be placed on beer tent during the event with your name. $750

Buckshot – (unlimited) 2 raffle tickets, 1 Camo T-Shirt ticket and recognition on sponsorship board. $300

Duck Call – (unlimited) recognition on sponsorship board. $100

All proceeds from the event are tax exempt and will be used for the betterment of our downtown.
