4Travel, labour and installation are excluded. (unless quoted for specifically)

Should you wish us to install and commission the machines, then following rates will apply and hourly rates will be as follows:

EngineerR 600 per hour
TechnicianR 385 per hour

Additional work at the clients request will also be carried out at the above rates.

Additional materials used at the clients request will be charged at cost plus 10%.

Please note that installation costs will be calculated based on normal working hours. Should you require the installation to be carried out over a weekend, then overtime rates shall apply. These are a premium of x 1.5 for Saturdays, and x 2 for Sundays and Public holidays

4.IMC VALUE ADDED SERVICES

IMC Engineering Solutions and partners offer a full range of services, ranging from the fabrication and supply of new equipment, to the refurbishment of existing. We also carry extensive knowledge and experience in Food Safety, ISO Quality Management Systems and HACCP applications.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery subject to order confirmation and deposit payment and as per discussions held at your premises.

Final exact delivery dates can be confirmed on placement of orders in China

7.GUARANTEES

All machines are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months against faulty workmanship

8.EXCLUSIONS

The supply and installation of in feed and out feed conveyors.

The supply of any other up stream and down stream equipment

10.FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTING (FAT)
