HC briefly updated on comments received on portal in relation to these two applications. A discussion took place about other SAMDev sites which may be used as possible alternatives if these are refused permission.

ACTION MG to contact Cathy Thomas with a view to arranging a meeting with Cllrs Claytonsmith, Braid and Walker and interested parties from the School to clarify issues in relation to the school site. MG to draft relevant questions for consideration at proposed meeting.
