The aim of this document is to set out, in a succinct manner, the evidence that supports your case for promotion. In considering how best to do this, bear in mind the weightings that you have opted for. Accordingly, it is recommended that sections covering your achievements in the three academic fields have headings that reflect your weightings. For example, if you are applying for promotion to Level D on the basis of sustained Level D performance in teaching and learning and in service, your section titles might be: ‘Evidence of sustained Level C research and scholarship’; ‘Evidence of sustained Level D teaching and learning’; ‘Evidence of sustained Level D service’. Please note this document is just a guide and can be edited freely. Refer to the Academic Promotion Guidelines for more information.
