COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY
  • No chargefor course cancellation received a minimum of3 business days before the scheduled course
  • 50%chargefor course cancellation received 2 business days before scheduled course
  • FULL CHARGE for ‘no show’/cancellation received on the day, or the day before course [this place on the course would have been available to another].

Notes: we may cancel or postpone a course if minimum course numbers [usually 6] are not received.

We will then contact you with the next available date and if payment has already been made - a full refund or a credit for next course will be given. *Weare not responsible for any flight or accommodation expenses incurred.
