1.Resume: Provide a resume detailing the experiences you have had which prepare you for the MSC position you are seeking. Be sure to include all significant activities, duties performed, contributions to organizations, awards and length in office.

2.Question 1: Please select and outline two goals that you hope to accomplish in your first two months of your term. Explain how you plan to accomplish these goals and how each fits into the strategic plan of the subcommittee to which you are applying. Additionally, choose two goals that you hope to accomplish for your overall term. Outline your strategic plan to achieve this goal.

3.Question 2: With the increase of membership within the committee, what ideas would you like to conduct in order to retain as many members as possible?
