Managing the assessments (jointly with Housing Management team if applicable)
Complying with LA procedures for referrals
To have a detailed and accurate awareness of the current risk profile of your area of responsibility and demonstrate that you are managing the risks
Ensuring customers understand the rights and responsibilities of their occupancy agreement
Ensuring customers have completed their HB claim
Ensuring customers have submitted necessary proofs for claim
Ensuring customers maintain their HB claim
Ensuring customers understand any warnings issued
Agreeing corrective action and liaising with Housing Management team
Ensuring customers understand the expectations of support provision
