Special Gazettes are supplied with General Gazettes on a Wednesday and they are sold at $1.10 per set (plus postage). Annual subscription rates apply from 1 July 2001. All current paid subscriptions will not be effected and will continue until their expiry dates.

Weeds Management Act

NORTHERN TERRITORY WEED ADVISORY COMMITTEE

TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS

I, KARL RIO HAMPTON, Minister for Natural Resources, Environment and Heritage:

25  under section 16(2) of the Weeds Management Act and with reference to section 44(1) of the Interpretation Act, terminate the appointment of Melanie Anne Bradley, Brendan Gerard Cabry and Paul Gerard Jenkins as members of the Northern Territory Weed Advisory Committee (the Committee); and

26  under section 16(2) of the Weeds Management Act, appoint Robert Edwin Bright, Juanita Alison Louise Croft and Spencer Steven Rose to be members of the Committee for 3 years from the date of this instrument.

Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act

DECLARATION OF PARK

I, SALLY GORDON THOMAS, Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council:

(a)  under section 12(1)(a) of the Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act, declare the parcels of land specified in the Schedule to be a park; and

(b)  under section 12(1)(aa) of the Act, declare that any right, title or interest held by the Territory in respect of the land does not vest in the Corporation; and

(c)  under section 17(5) of the Act, approve the Commission performing its functions in the park for the purpose of operating the park while a plan of management is being prepared for the park.

DECLARATION OF QUARANTINE PLACE FOR BANANA AND PLANTAIN PLANTS

I, STEPHEN JAMES WEST, Chief Inspector of Plant Health, under section 18(1) of the Plant Health Act and with reference to section 78(2) of the Act and section 43 of the Interpretation Act, amend the instrument entitled "Declaration of Quarantine Place for Banana and Plantain Plants", dated 22 December 2012 and published in Gazette G1 of 4 January 2012, by inserting in paragraph (a) after "4 and 5" the following:
