AT THE HOTEL.

EXHIBITS/EXPOSITION AND DRAYAGE:

The Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center/Minervas Banquets and Events will not

Assume responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise or articles left in any of the banquet/meeting rooms or any part of the hotel or restaurant prior to, during or following the function.

ELECTRICAL:

All electrical charges for exhibits are charged to the group’s primary master account.

Most electrical needs can be handled by the banquet and events department. If your

power demand exceeds what the banquet and events department is able to provide, an

outside electrical company will need to be contacted.

Exhibitors are asked to supply their own extension cords and power strips. If these

items are provided by the banquet department there will be an additional charge.

STORAGE:

Exhibits need to be labeled with the name of the company, convention and the person

responsible for pick up of the exhibit.

Limited storage is available. Unless a weekend, exhibits will be accepted 2 days prior

to the event. Exhibits will then be accepted starting on the Thursday prior to the

event.

The hotel does not have a loading dock available for large crates or pallets of materials.Pallets of smaller items can be unloaded and placed in storage.

The exhibitor is responsible for making arrangements for transportation/pickup of

the exhibits following an event.

SECURITY:

Security services can be arranged through the hotel. Please inquire about

additional fees should you deem security will be needed for your event.

TRASH DISPOSAL:

Disposal of Exhibit packing materials and boxes:

Please break down any and all cardboard boxes to be discarded. Our staff will

pick up the boxes and packing materials to discard.
