Mr Marcel Maruntiu as activity 2.2 and 2.3 leader committed himself that until the end of September templates for the implementation of the workshops will be ready.
During this session:
1. It was decided that the ‘Dissemination Methodology’ will be approved by the Quality Management Board till the end of October 2009.
2. It was suggested that more stakeholder forums should be involved.
3. It was underlined that the papers that will come out during the programme should be published in magazines with high outreach.
4. It was suggested that when publishing papers in national magazines a summary in English should be written.
5. It was suggested that we could have contacts with other European countries besides that of the SEE.
6. It was suggested that each partner should make a list of conferences where can present SARMa Project.
7. The need for a glossary of common terms provoked. It was decided that GeoZS and TUC will set the terminology with the acceptance of each partner.
8. The logo and the slogan of SARMa project were decided, as well as the dates of the workshops’ implementation were determined.
9. It was decided that a collaboration plat will be used to facilitate internal communication.
10. It was decided to create lists for our internal communication using e-mails.

1. It was agreed to prepare drafts on case studies for the next meeting in Split.
2. It was decided that each country will prepare one draft on case studies. Persons in charge:

3. ‘Illegal Quarrying’ should be precisely determined
4. The database (draft) should be ready in Split.
