Fitness Activity Descriptions
/ A fun class providing a low-impact alternative to traditional land aerobics with all the intensity in the pool! Aerobic activity and strength building exercises are incorporated into each class for a total body workout. All levels welcome./ Wellness Basketball
Join your fellow colleagues in a friendly but competitive game of basketball. Wellness registration required
/ 30 minutes of the primary format fused with 15 minutes utilizing a variety of equipment to promote optimal strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and stability. A different focus and workout every class.
It’s like a big Surprise Party each class.
/ The center offers a full range of cardio, circuit and free weight training equipment. While at the fitness center, you can count on service with a smile from the fitness trainer who is always on hand to help answer your questions about the equipment or your workout
/ A series of timed intervals utilizing various equipment and body resistance

/ An ancient and systematic approach to good health and well-being that helps to reduce stress, improve concentration and develop strength, flexibility and balance. Modifications to the poses will be provided so that practitioners at all levels may participate.
/ Latin and world rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will tone and sculpt your body while you get a great cardiovascular workout (and have fun)! NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
