In the Churchwardens account book for Hellingly parish is a list dating from 1727 which incorporates amendments apparently made in 1753 and, possibly, at other times. It’s appearance is very similar to the rate schedules from the Overseers and Churchwardens account books with the exception that the columns for £. s. & d. are substituted with feet and inches.
This transcript reflects the amendments and additions, the latter being shown in bold type:
