Pursuant to the Notice of Intent to Receive Bids for the Sale of Surplus Real Property that was caused to be published by the Board of School Trustees of the Richmond Community Schools (the provisions of said notice being accepted by the bidder and incorporated by reference in this bid), the undersigned presents the following bid for the purchase of approximately 3.75 acres (the exact acreage is not warranted by RCS) of unimproved real estate located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Pleasant View Road and Gaar Road, Wayne Township, Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, near the site of the former Pleasant View Junior High School.
