Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 139 years. The Kuk provides diversified social services including education, welfare and recreation to the general public.

We are now inviting applications for the following positions:

Human Resources Officer -Recruitment Team (Ref: HRO)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Assistant Human Resources Manager and provide support on recruitment, staffing and training;

Monitor manpower budget and headcount;

Participate in the recruitment process such as posting of job advertisement, conduct interview, confirm employment offer and on board arrangement, etc;

Coordinate onperformance management process such as appraisal review, salary review and employment contract renewal, etc.;

Handlestaffmovement cases such as promotion, transfer and departure, etc.;

Conduct staff orientation and coordinate on talks related to occupational health and safety, etc.;

Prepare reports and perform analysis;

Assist in HR projects includingannualmanpower budget, personal information update, summer internship program, minimum wages, etc.; and

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• 2-5 years’ solid human resources working experience preferable with sizable company / NGO;
• Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances;
• Mature, detail-oriented, a team player, able to work independent;
• Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good command of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; and
• Immediate availability is preferred.
