Category of the Enlistment:

  1. Construction of small village mandi and other allied work.
  2. Enlistment for minor irrigation, drip-irrigation, poly-house, shed-net, hi-tech poly house.
  3. Enlistment of contractors for setting up of echo tourism project/park.
  4. Enlistment for supply of different organic manure, pesticide, insecticide and other Agri-Inputs.
  5. Enlistment for supply of different fruit plants, seeds, ornamental plants bulb, rhizomes.
  6. Enlistment for supply of Agricultural equipments i.e foot sprayer, pumps, etc.

Terms and conditions for enlistments

  1. The applicants must have the PAN, (VAT as applicable), PTCC and credential of similar type of work worth not below Rs. 10 lakh in a year with any Department/ P.S.U. / Local Bodies under Government of West Bengal during last three years. Copies of document to be attached.
  2. The I.S.I registration is compulsory for the items in Sl No. 2 & 6.
  3. The applicants must have sufficient knowledge in the respective category relating to the work in the Gram Panchayet level in West Bengal. The documents in this respect may be submitted along with application.
  4. The applicants must have the sufficient financial capacity for execution of the work as stated above.
  5. The Corporation reserves the right to accept/ reject any or all the application without showing any reason for the public interest.
  6. The applicants must indicate the name of the Districts in which they want to be enlisted.
  7. All disputes are subject to Kolkata High Court Jurisdiction.

The applications along with all documents must be dropped at the Box kept in the Head office within 3pm on 14.08.13.
