My duties included management of operations and development including projects, budgets, and personnel. Responsible for delivery and quality for all offshore projects. Development and support of internal projects and products. This included Web Engines, Property Management Systems, Point-of-Sales Systems, and a Task Planning System. Development of large EAI/J2EE reservations/booking system for Walt Disney World. Project included a new User Interface, Central Reservation System, Property Management System, Booking Engine, and Accounting Engine. Responsible for R&D of new technologies for SoftBrands. Projects includedDelphi, PowerBuilder, J2EE, IBM MQ Series, and Microsoft technologies.
