Information Needed To Order SRTT Tires
1. PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER
2. SHIP TO ADDRESS, ALSO, ATTENTION OF NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.
3. BILL TO ADDRESS, ALSO, ATTENTION OF NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.
4. NUMBER OF TIRES NEEDED.
5. TIRES ARE $250 EACH FOR 14" AND $285 FOR 16" – MUST SPECIFY TIRE SIZE.
6. TIRES WILL BE SHIPPED COLLECT (i.e. FREIGHT IS PAID AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY). AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT BY MAIL FOR PAYMENT OF TIRES.
7. DATE THE TIRES NEED TO ARRIVE (IT USUALLY TAKES 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS BY TRUCK).
8. IF THERE IS AN EXISTING ACCOUNT WITH A CARRIER, PLEASE SPECIFY, OTHER WISE THE SHIPPING DEPARTMENT WILL SELECT A CARRIER.
9. FOR TIRES TO BE SHIPPED FEDERAL EXPRESS OR UPS (OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY), THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IS REQUIRED.
10. E-MAIL OR FAX ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION AND TIRES WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING DAY OR THE DAY AFTER DEPENDING ON WHAT TIME THE ORDER IS RECEIVED (UNLESS IT IS FOR A NEW ACCOUNT).
11. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A NEW U.S. DOMESTIC ACCOUNT – A COPY OF THE ATTACHED CREDIT APPLICATION ALONG WITH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE PROSPECT, DIRECTLY TO THE MICHELIN CREDIT DEPARTMENT. FAILURE TO EITHER PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION AND/OR DOCUMENTATION MAY REQUIRE THE ACCOUNT TO PAY CASH IN ADVANCE FOR THE SHIPMENTS. ALSO, ANY ACCOUNT THAT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A CREDIT LIMIT BASED UPON THEIR FINANCIAL INFORMATION, WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY CASH IN ADVANCE..
12. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A NEW FOREIGN ACCOUNT – A COPY OF THE ATTACHED FOREIGN ACCOUNT INFORMATION REQUEST APPLICATION FOR FOREIGN ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE MICHELIN CREDIT DEPARTMENT.

13. IT USUALLY TAKES ABOUT 7 DAYS BUSINESS DAYS TO BE APPROVED. ONCE APPROVED THE PAPERWORK CAN BE DONE FOR SHIPPING THE TIRES.
NOTE: SRTT tires are sold directly from BFGoodrich Tire Manufacturing to test laboratories, automotive-related manufacturers, government agencies, and other users that require a standard reference test tire.
