Atrius/HVMA’S EPIC System WebPortal Access Overview For Read Only Version VIA COMMUNITY MEDITECH V1.0
The Atrius/HVMA EPIIC EMR Viewer includes read-only access to clinical results, reports, notes, problems, medications, screening sheet entries, and orders. This overview is divided into sections which correspond to individual EPIC subject tabs.

ACCESS: Click the “ATRIUS LINK – Known Atrius PCP” data source from PCI-Patient Care Inquiry. If there is a record available for the patient in Atrius’ Electronic Medical Record a web portal view will open as seen below.
TO EXIT: Click “Log Out” at top right of screen and this page will display:
SYSTEM FEATURES:
1. Encounters tab in Chart Review—Viewing Encounters
Viewing a Single encounter
Click Load All.
Click on the date hyperlink to openthat encounter.
Viewing Multiple encounters
Click Load All.
Click on the check box next to all ofthe encounters to be viewed.
Click on Start Review.
To return to the full list of encounters
Click the Back button or the Chart Review‐Encounters breadcrumb.
Filter Search
On the Encounters tab, click on Filters.
Click on the relevant filter type. When youare done, click Apply.
To Choose another filter:
Click Clear All.
EpicWeb Chart Review: Reviewing Encounters, Labs & Imaging
In the Atrius Health EpicWeb system, Chart Review allows you to review the patient’sencounters (e.g., office visits), laboratory results, radiology reports, and other relevantclinical data. Click on the Chart Review option on the Clinical Review menu.

2. Labs Tab in Chart Review—Viewing Laboratory Results
Click on the Labs tab.
To view results, select the lab result date/time link.
To create a Lab Flowsheet on demand for numeric results, select the desired test(s) and clickLab FlowSheet.
3. Imaging tab in Chart Review—Viewing Imaging Results
Click on the study to display the Imaging report.
Single click on the Imaging hyperlink to launch the scanned file and the radiology reports. Radiologyimages and EKGs are not viewable at this time.
Note: When trying to view an image which is a hyperlinkwithin an encounter, you may experience a “Warning—Security” certificate message. Click Always. You have the
ability to view attachments (e.g., scanned documents,letters, etc.).
