Dear Athletic Directors and Coaches,
Congratulations to all of the VISAA boys basketball teams and coaches for another successful season. I hope you are able to attend what promises to be an exciting weekend of basketball at Virginia State on March 3rd and March 4th. As we prepare to begin the process of selecting the All State teams we need your assistance to assure that all deserving players are nominated. Please send the namesof the players, along with any pertinent information, to the appropriate person listed below. Players can be from your own team, or from opposing teams. Committee members collecting nominations for each of the divisions are listed below. Nominations will be accepted through March 3rd.
We are excited to announce we will be playing the March 3rd & March 4th games at the new arena on the campus at Virginia State. It is a beautiful facility which will only enhance our championship weekend. A reminder to all non-participating teams: administrators and coaches will be admitted free to games only if they have the current VISAA Championship Event pass. These passes were sent to each school in the fall. If for some reason you do not have your passes, contact Dick Kemper. We look forward to seeing you at the games. Thanks for your support.
