1. Two letters of recommendation on letterhead speaking to the applicant’s potential for success. (Mail)

2. A statement of applicant’s academic and professional objectives in the MFA--one full page minimum. (Email as PDF)

3. A curriculum vitae that includes all professional and teaching experience. (Email as PDF)

4. A sample of creative work in the TVFT MFA Option for which you are applying. Include an INDEX that lists in the order presented the works comprising your sample or reel. (Email)

·  Writing: a writing sample of a stage play, television and/or film script (minimum 15 pages, send as PDF)

·  Production: a production reel—upload video/sample to Vimeo or YouTube, and please provide any passwords necessary for access (5-15 minutes, include URLs)

·  Acting: a performance reel that includes two contrasting monologues (1 contemporary, 1 classical; and/or 1 dramatic, 1 comedic). Be sure to introduce the monologues you are presenting. Present monologues that show off your strengths as an actor. Post to Vimeo or YouTube set to “public.” (Total 5 minutes, include URLs). For final candidates, there will also be a live audition.
