2)In That File You Will See a MS Word Template Named Omreporttemplate

Yes you can customize the report template with your company logo. Follow the steps below.

1)Go the install files for OptiMiser, by default they are installed at C:\Program Files\OptiMiser\Customization\Reports on my system and are probably in the same spot on yours.

2)In that file you will see a MS Word template named OMReportTemplate.

3)Open this file with MS Word you may be able to use any other word processing software that will read .dot as well.

4)Double click on the OptiMiser logo, this should open the header edit function within MS Word

5)If you have Word 2007 or later click on the Windows icon and convert the document.

6)Once you have converted the document you can either right click on the OptiMiser logo and select “Change Picture..” this will allow you to find you company logo and replace the OptiMiser logo without having to resize and format your company logo.

8)If you do not have Word 2007 or want to just add your company logo to the header. You can simply cut and paste the logo from a file to the header or use the insert command from within word. You will need to play around with the sizing and format to get it right.

******Note:

You can change the font color and style in this template too and it will make GLOBAL changes to the way each of the narratives display in your report

Do not do this if you only want to change the font and color for one narrative

9)Complete a save as, and make sure you select to save it as a Word 97-2003 Template. You can save it anywhere on your system just remember where as we will have to find it again during the report creation process.

12)If you changed the name of the template you will need to choose the Template “select” option before generating the report.

14)Click on generate report

15)You must chose where you want to save the current report

16)Then select the template you want to use, hopefully you remembered where you saved it at (you can have an infinite number of different templates for different programs, customers, fonts and so on).

17)It will ask you if you want to change the selected template to the default template as well.
