BodyLove Journal Day 30

BodyLove Assignment #30: Hold a Closing Ceremony to Cement the BodyLove Lessons You’ve Learned Thus far.

Alright ladies! You did it! You created BodyLove lists, wrote love letters to yourself, forgave people,

forgave yourself, designed your Ideal BodyLove Day (which if you haven’t put on your calendar yet,

do it!). Today we celebrate and reflect on how far we’ve come on our journey from BodyShame to BodyLove.

Part I: BodyShame Releasing Ceremony

Part II: BodyLove Affirmation Ceremony

Part III: BodyLove Party!

Part I: BodyShame Releasing Ceremony

You are going to sit down, relax, and write another letter to yourself. This time, you are writing down

all of the things you want to get rid of in your life.

Dear ______,

Today I am releasing the things that no longer serve me, old patterns and habits that no longer serve

me. The things I want to release are:

Once you finish your letter, burn it, saying, “I release you, I release you, I release you.” Then take a

shower or bath and wash those old habits off of you!

Part II: BodyLove Affirmation Ceremony

After you’ve taken your bath and are squeaky clean, it’s time to affirm your BodyLove. I want you to

write a list of at least 10 affirmations that reinforce your new belief system, new habits you want to

start, etc. I’ve given you some examples below. The following page is for you to write your own

affirmations. After you’ve written your affirmations, you are going to look in the mirror, and say the affirmations to yourself while looking into your own eyes.

I love, honor, respect and trust the woman I see in the mirror and I set boundaries in my life to respect and honor her.

I never break a promise to myself – not a big one and not a small one.

My soul is stronger than any struggle that is thrown my way.

I am unstoppable and limitless.

I honor my Inner Goddess and divine feminine nature.

I put my mental and physical well-being at the top of the list.

I choose to make positive, healthy choices for myself.

I am in total control of my life, my thoughts, and my health.

I am sacred. My body is sacred, my feelings are sacred, my mind is sacred, my spirit is sacred. I am sacred.

I love and accept myself unconditionally.

My Affirmations

Part III: BodyLove Party!

It’s time to celebrate!!!! Once you’ve said your affirmations, I want you to do something to celebrate

the Goddess you are! This is entirely up to you. You might get all dressed up and take yourself on a

date, you might go outside and enjoy nature, you might call up all of your girlfriends and go out for a

night on the town. The goal is to have fun and celebrate you! You did it!
