The cost for destruction of all non-paper items is $.30 per pound statewide.
REGIONAL PRICING
Contract pricing is specified by region. Regions are defined as follows:
OLYMPIC/SOUTHWEST REGION: Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Skamania, Thurston, and Wahkiakum Counties.
NORTHWEST REGION: Island, King, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom Counties.
NORTHEAST REGION: Adams, Asotin, Ferry, Garfield, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Orielle, Spokane, Stevens, and Whitman Counties.
SOUTHEAST REGION: Benton, Chelan, Columbia, Douglas, Franklin, Kittitas, Klickitat, Walla Walla, and Yakima Counties
