PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
______Hereby retains and employs Alias detective agency to

conduct investigations as directed and approved. I understand it is my responsibility to notify in writing if there are any modifications to the scope of the investigation. I agree, upon execution of this agreement, to provide all available documents, materials, and background information for the purpose of conducting requested investigative services. The retainer fee of ______is included so that review, analysis, and research may proceed. Following initial review of materials, a conference will be scheduled to discuss required investigative services, address pertinent questions, and establish the most economical means of executing the requested investigative services.
HOURLY FEE/ RETAINER
Alias detective agency will charge an hourly rate of $ 70 against the retainer of ______.
After the retainer is exhausted, Alias detective agency will request additional operating funding if further investigative services are necessary. Alias detective agency is under no obligation to continue services until additional funding is received. An hourly rate of $70 per hour will be charged for approved supplemental services. Reasonable and necessary
expenses (listed below) will be assessed when such services are approved and provided. The following schedule is
considered reasonable for budgeting purposes, however, cost of services may vary. If the client should terminate the
investigation, a minimum processing fee of $200.00 will be assessed.

not be considered as part of the retainer.
DECLARATION OF MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING
I agree that I will not divulge my association with Alias detective agency to anyone other than my attorney beginning on the undersigned date. To do so may compromise investigative services or jeopardize the safety of investigators involved.
It is understood that Alias detective agency has made no guarantee concerning the outcome of the requested investigation.
