ONEIDA LITTLE LEAGUE 2017 SEASON IS HERE!
ATTENTION PARENTS & PLAYERS
The 2017 season is right around the corner and registration for the Greater Oneida Little league will open February 1!
ELIGIBILITY
Greater Oneida Little League is open to children residing within the boundaries of the Oneida City School District
who meet the following age criteria:
Boys who will be between the ages 6-16*on April 30, 2017
*Senior League has been established for players between ages of 13-16 (evaluations will be at a later date)
Girls who will be between the ages 6-12 on December 31, 2016

REGISTRATION
Online registration begins February 1, 2017 @ .
Online registration will close on March 19th
In-person registration sessions will be held at the Oneida Rec Center on Friday, February 10th (6:00p – 8:00p)
Andat Oneida High School on Saturday, March4th (10:00a – 12:00p)
PLAYER EVALUATIONS
Player evaluations will be held on the following days for ALL players intending to play in 2017. This includes all
NEW and RETURNING players. Each player is required to attend at least (1) session.
Players are welcome to attend both sessions
Session #1: Sunday, March 12th
Softball (9-12 year olds)9:00a - 10:00a
Baseball/Softball (6-8 year olds)10:30a – 11:30a
Baseball (9-10 year olds)12:00p – 1:30p
Baseball (11-12 year olds)2:00p – 3:30p
Session #2: Sunday, March 19th
Baseball (11-12 year olds)9:00a - 10:30a
Baseball (9-10 year olds)11:00a – 12:30p
Baseball/Softball (6-8 year olds)1:00p – 2:00p
Softball (9-12 year olds)2:30p – 3:30p
NOTE: All players should arrive 20 minutes prior to their evaluation time dressed in appropriate attire(ie: sweatpants or baseball/softball pants, sneakers, t-shirts) and equipped with their glove. Players should also bring their bat and helmet if they have them.
Due to safety concerns and space constraints, parents are not allowed to attend evaluations.
