Case Management:

There are 5 open cases

1 Completed

1 New Assessment

Every second meeting of the month there will be a write up on the cases.

As of today there are no cases prepared for the Allocations Committee.

For the next meeting there will be Allocation Applicants and will be preparing cases for July.

All cases are to go to Joy. Also, a release form needs to be signed by the homeowner before it can be presented to Pathway.

Brimfield has approximately $24,000 left

Monson has had fundraisers and has approximately $26,000/$27,000

Wilbraham has no money left in assistance fund

Pathway has approximately $4,000

Mary Martin is looking for volunteers to go door to door with them in Southbridge

July 16th 3-6 p.m. The flyers will be English/Spanish.

Mass Support reports that they have been to Southbridge door to door. There are many apartments and is very difficult to enter the building without being let in.

MEMA has a grant review in Agawam on July 9th from 2-4 p.m. Suffield Street Rte. 75 Agawam Mass. Ian will not be attending. Robert Price has volunteered to sit in.

Tri-County has not released any monies as of yet. They are making sure that all of the proper paperwork is filled out before disbursing monies. FEMA is requesting a meeting this week or before the Holiday.

The Committee needs to set up guidelines about the same as Craft Money. All of the Boards need to come to an agreement one from each LTRG Allocation group

The leaders from the LTRG’s should meet to come to a discussion on how the money is allocated.

Craft money is still not yet ready to fund out

Would LTRG’s like Tri County to follow the same rules as the Allocations Guidelines or should it be first come first serve. What would need to be approved by the Boards is if the money can be divided into 3 separate pools instead of first come first serve.

FEMA has a basic number of people affected and set into individual groups. They will be broken down to a % of funds to the LTRG’s
