Guidance Notes:
· All money will be put into the student fundraising account
· Within the next two weeks the money will be sent to the charity
· The fundraiser will receive an email that the money has been sent to your respective charity
· An email or letter from the charity will then confirm that the money has been received and will be forwarded to yourselves
· All money will remain named to the student fundraiser, but it will also count towards the overall student fundraising for the Guild for the year
· No fundraised monies are used to fund any of RAG’s own events, ALL money goes to your chosen charity
· No costs for your fundraising can be covered by fundraised money unless explicitly stated during the event
· In order to draw attention to your good work throughout the year we will be using a number of methods to publicise events and funds raised. If the publicity box is left blank we will assume you agree to this.
