1. From your computer’s desktop screen launch the Internet Explorer Browser
2.Enter the address below and click on “Go”.
3. This is the CSSD website home page hosted by the Wheeler Clinic and where you begin each time you want to sign up for a class.
YOU MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT (one time) before you can register for any course offerings. Next, “CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT”
4. Select “Login”
5. Select “CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT”
6.Complete this registration form and select “create”
7. You have successfully created an account.

The following procedures will guide you through course registration:
HOW TO VIEW CALENDAR and REGISTER FOR COURSES
NOTE: Prior to registering for a course, all CSSDNetwork of Contracted Providers’ employees must have approval from their Supervisor before registering for a course(s).
- Follow the previous steps 1- 4.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Prior to logging in…at the “HOME” page, please be sure to read account user responsibilities that are highlighted below:
2. Select “Login”
3. Enter Login data – Enter your email address and the password that you created when you created your account. Click on Login button.
4. View course offerings by clicking any of these links. For example, “Courses By Date”
OR “Courses By Target Group”
5. Register for a course: 1. You select “Courses By Date” 2. Then select this specific “Class Title”
6. In this screen, view specificinformation about the course, for example: 1. Course description; 2. Instructor information; 3. # of seats remaining in this class (seat availability counts down); 4. Directions (printable) to site;
5. Select “ADD CLASS” to add to Your Registration Basket
NOTE: This class is offered on two different dates. Be sure to select the date you want to attend this specific course.
7. Below are some of the options available in your registration basket. For example: 1. Add more courses; 2. Delete this course; or 3. Checkout, with this course only
8. Finalize this class by clicking “COMPLETE”
9.This screen confirms your course registration with detailed information. Click on the hyperlinks to print your order and to review and print directions.
NOTE:
When you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
10. Each time you log into this system “Your Course Selection History” will be displayed. Each course registered for and/or cancelledwill appear in the history.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONNOTE:
Below is an example of an e-mail confirmation of student’s cancellation request. You will receive the e-mail once the Wheeler Clinic staff has processed your cancellation request.
Course Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your registration you must:
- Notify your supervisor
- Call the Wheeler Clinic as soon as possible or notify Wheeler Clinic by email through the “Contact Us” button or by emailing, Laura Minor at so that you can be removed from the course roster.
You are NOTable to cancel the registration on your own. The website’s home page that displays when you log in provides the necessary information to cancel.

Helpful Tips:
- There are multiple ways to navigate the website, we encourage you try the different hyperlinks…but if you get lost, you can always return home!
- In the event of weather related delays or cancellations, be sure to take the inclement weather phone # home with you the night before your training.

- Once you are logged into the website, if left unattended (no activity) for a 20 minute period, the site automatically logs you out of the system. You will have to login again.
