Circular for Children’s Day Celebrations
Dear parents,
Greetings from Lakshya !!
Children’s hearts are flying and singing accompanied with an amazing smile as they have been eagerly waiting to be a part of this years children’s day celebrations 2017. This year we have the following theme for the Children’s Day :-- “Celebrating the Brilliant Childhood”.
Let’s sincerely wish our children ‘Happy Children’s Day’ on this special occasion! This year Lakshya International School have organized an OVERNIGHTChildren’s Day Celebration with a very planned evening alongwith an exciting night stay on 13th Nov, 2017. Further on 14th Nov, 2017, the teachers have planned a special assembly for all the students.
This year the children’s’ day will also be celebratedalongwith under privileged students on 14th Nov (Morning assembly).
The following events are organized for the children’s day celebrations :-
a. Magic show b. Camp Fire c. DJ set up
d. Special Cuisine from the City Hotels e. Treasure Hunt f. Movie Show
g. Rock Climbing h. Pyjama Party i. Creative Art
Students from Grade III to IX are requested to pay a sum of Rs. 1,000.00 for participating in this exciting school event. Please submit the amount to your respective class teachers.
Safety and security of Students:- #A priority for LAKSHYA INTERNATIONAL#
Teachers and Coordinators alongwith myself will be staying back with the students for the overnight programme and parents are requested to rest assured about the safety and security of each child in the campus. We will make sure that all of them have enough fun and frolic on this wonderful occasion. Mattresses and Pillow with bedsheet will be laid for all the students and teachers. (Boys and Girls will be accommodated in two different areas)
Dress Code :-
- School Uniform for 13th (regular School hours).
- Evening dresses for 13th Nov – T-Shirt & Jeans ( strictly for all boys and Girls)
- Set of night dress for Pyjama Party for 13th Night stay
- A set of Coloured Dress of your choice for 14th Nov, 2017 (Children’s Day)
- A pair of Slippers / Floaters + other necessary items to be brought
Items NOTto be brought:-
Mobiles / MP3 players / Gold Ornaments / any other gadget / Camera / Board Game / Cards.(Anything item mentioned above, if found in the campus with any child will not be refunded for an year.)
CELEBRATING CHILDREN’S DAY WITH UNDER PRIVILEDGED STUDENTS
We would further request each child to DONATE any of the mentioned items for the under - privileged children who would be visiting our campus on 14th Nov, 2017 for the Morning Assembly.
(Quantity of items is completely the choice of individuals as all items will be delivered to the under privileged students directly by Lakshya Students)
- Set of new exercise books
- Stationary :- Set of Pencils, Erasers, Sharpeners, Colour pencils, Pens, Story books
- Food Items like :- Biscuits, Chocolates (which doesn’t melts easily), Snacks :- CHIPS, Frooti etc
- Clothes :- whatever available at home in very good condition which can be spared for a needy child
