This is for recording competencies of ExchangeCareer Firefighters into Career Brigades. Evidence must be collected of prior training, certificates or qualifications applicable to the Career Firefighter Paypoint schedule. In interviewing the candidate, the panel (refer Recognition policy and procedures document) must determine and record the currency of the competence and identify TFS specific requirements that may form part of an induction training plan. This may include variation in equipment, legislation and SOP’s.
Induction or gap training must be completed prior to commencement of operational duties.
Note: Completed documentation to be forwarded to Office Supervisor Training Services
