YOGA DAY
Sunday 1 October 2017 with Marios Argiros
We are delighted to welcome Marios Argiros to our Yoga Days. Marios is a senior intermediate level 3 teacher who combines teaching yoga with his work as a classical musician. He is particularly interested in remedial and therapeutic yoga and since a serious car accident in December 2009 has experienced at first hand the power of Iyengar yoga to heal and strengthen.
1. Information about the day
EMIYG Yoga days are suitable for Iyengar yoga students only and with at least 6 months practice.
The event will be held at Turvey Village Hall, on the A428, Turvey, Bedfordshire, MK43 8DB. Car parking spaces are limited at the Hall so you may need to park nearby e.g. at the Church.
Morning Session 10.00 to around 13.00
All day 10.00 to 15.30

Marios will be teaching a general day of yoga with restorative practice and some pranayama in the afternoon. There will be a short break in the middle of the day with time for a light snack which you should bring with you (hot drinks will be provided). Please also bring your own equipment.

You do not need to return the booking form below. If you do not wish to pay online, please send the booking form below to Harriet Abbott, together with your cheque, made payable to EMIYG. Payment should be made by Sunday 17 September. After this date check availability with Harriet and note the higher cost applicable.
