MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION - THE SOCIETY OF DESCENDANTS OF HENRY WOLCOTT
Any person descended from a Wolcott who was living in colonial America is eligible for membership. There are 2 classes of membership: Active members pay $30.00 for registration, which includes first year's dues, and pay $15.00 annual dues thereafter. Life Members age 61-90 pay $100.00; age 46-60, $150; age 31-45, $200; 30 and under, $250, and all have no annual dues. Please attach your check, payable to The Society of Descendants of Henry Wolcott, to this application, and mail to the Registrar. Please use complete names rather than initials if known. You may show only a name for any person listed in the latest published Wolcott Genealogy, and need not go back further than any ancestor in that book.
