Purchasing a ¼ or ½ beef is an economical way to purchase meat for your family. And Mallow Run Premium Beef is local, naturally raised, and exceptionally flavorful.

Quarters and halves are only available at certain times during the year and must be ordered in advance. Actual weights, and therefore total pricing, will vary depending on the particular steer taken in for you. You have direct contact with the butcher, so you can have your beef cut just the way you like. Frozen packages can then be picked up at the local butcher shop and moved directly into your freezer.

Options to consider:

-increasing steak thickness to 1” or 1 ¼” (However, doing so will decrease the number of steaks!)

-changing from Porterhouse/T-bone packaging to Filet/NY Strip (basically removing the bone)

-using some Sirloin to create easy-to-use Kabob packages (pre-cut into cubes)

-requesting whole brisket for your smoker

-increasing the amount of ground beef or patties by reducing the number of other cuts (roasts, etc.)

Pricing: Current pricing for a QUARTER is $3.05 per pound HANGING WEIGHT

(HALF = $2.95 per pound, FULL = $2.90 per pound)
