Dear Delegate,

You are invited to attend the second Welsh Regional Forum which is being organised by Level Playing Field (LPF), Swansea City FC, SwanseaDisabled Supporters Association. The forum will be taking place at Swansea’s Liberty Stadium from 1pm - 4pm on Wednesday 2nd May 2018.

The objective of the forum is to provide a medium where individual DSAs and club representatives can exchange views, policies and practices concerning their respective clubs and associations. We believe that this will assist all clubs and DSAs in their efforts to improve their own club’s disabled facilities as well as improve the standard of customer service offered to disabled supporters. The ultimate aim being to improve their match day experience and for more disabled people to attend football matches.

We are inviting DSAs, Disability Liaison Officers (DLOs) and other relevant stakeholders. If you are aware of anyone else at your club who would like to attend, please give us their name, position at the club and their contact details so we can contact them.

We are hoping there will also be an opportunity for a short stadium tour afterwards to show you the facilities Swansea City FC currently offers for disabled supporters.

Please arrive at 12:30pm for a 1pm start. A travel guide for the event has been attached to this invite.
