Directions to The Alicia Hotel,

To reach the Alicia Hotel through the City Centre, make your way past the Albert Dock towards the Campanile Hotel and when the hotel is on your right, take the left hand lane through the traffic lights onto Parliament St (A562).

Go straight through the traffic lights at the junction with Great George Street, and as you approach the next set of lights get into the right hand lane and take a right into Princes Road.

Remain on Princes Road until you reach a roundabout with park gates ahead of you, and take a left onto Croxteth Road. At the first set of traffic lights turn right into Sefton Park Road. Go straight across the next traffic lights and via right as you head into SeftonPark and the Alicia is 100yards on your right.

M6/M62

As you come to the end of the M62, move over to the left hand lane, go past the service station then you will see HIGSON’S ROCKET PUB. Take the hard left slip road past this pub that will swing you onto a dual carriageway Queens Drive the A5058.

For the rest of the journey you will stay on Queens Drive, heading south until you come to SeftonPark where we are situated. There are 2 major roundabouts to negotiate on the way.

First is “The Childwall Fiveways”, go straight ahead. You will see “Fiveways Pub” on your left. Go straight ahead through a set of traffic lights. Proceed down Queen’s Drive to the next roundabout and go straight over, keeping to the middle lane, following the signs for “University Halls of Residence, Aigburth”.

Queens Drive is now a single carriage road, in a residential area lined with trees. You will soon pass under a bridge. Continue to the end until you see a mini roundabout and this will bring you into Sefton Park.

Take the left exit off this roundabout and proceed round the perimeter of the Park, keeping the Houses/Hotels on your left handside. You will find us approx 1.5 miles around it.We are well signed and illuminated at night.
