Public Hearing
The purposes of this hearing are:
- To consider the request made by Paul & Peter Baumann on Hickory Lane in Section 25 North so they may rezone 5 acres from C-1 to A-5 so the new owner may build a home on the property and the remaining 247.2 acres stays C-1.
- To consider the request made by Neil Eigenberger on Sugarbush Road in Section 2 to rezone approximately 11.47 acres from A-1 to A-5 so he may sell the land and the new owner build a home on the property and the remaining 35.33 acres stays A-1.
- To consider the request made by Neil Eigenberger at N6941 Sugarbush Road in Section 2 to change his home to a 6.17 acre A-5 parcel which is currently zoned A-5.
- To consider the request made by Neil Eigenberger at N6941 Sugarbush Road in Section 2 to rezone 10.10 acres from A-1 to A-5 so it conforms to the towns zoning requirements.
- To consider the request made by Terry Grall on Summit Road in Section 26 South to divide A-5 zoning land to make a 7.3 acre parcel.
