Welcome to 7th Overseas Property & Immigration & Investment Fair (SHANGHAI) of 2014. In order to assist you in your preparation for the coming exhibition, we ask that you carefully go through this manual which is a comprehensive guide containing all relevant information and necessary order forms to get you ready for the show.

Please read the manual carefully noting the applicable deadlines for the various forms contained within. Your attention to these key dates will help to avoid any possible service delays and ensures your smooth preparation leading up to the show.

For service application, you are kindly asked to fill the forms, seal and send them to your sales consultant or relative company.

Remark:

Please tear down your booth before the end of the night. The arrangement should be made as early as possible and it’s supposed to be done during building-up days. If any overtime, a written application should be submitted to the organizing committee before 3pm and the charge will be paid.

Exhibitors can enter the exhibition hall 30 minutes prior to the opening hours of the show. Visitors will be prohibited to enter 30 minutes prior to the show closing.

Official Freight Forwarder

Shanghai Zhanyi Freight Forwarder Co., Ltd has been appointed as the official freight forwarder for this event to provide services exclusively for exhibits transportation and on-site handling including important of exhibits, Custom clearance, exhibits delivery to booth.

Rules and Regulations

Rejection of participation The Expo Committee, organizer, have the right to reject any participation if business nature of the exhibitor is considered irrelevant to the expo topic, or any other conditions that the Organizer, Expo Committee consider not appropriate for that particular exhibitor to participate.

Presentation and Introduction Approval to any propaganda including presentation and contest on site must be given by the Expo committee. If any complaint from other exhibitors, the Expo committee reserves the right to decide the level of volume and presentation which is acceptable. Note: if any exhibitor need power supply for twenty-four hours, approval must be given by stand contractor.

Volume Audio is permitted if tuned to 70dB and if not objectionable to neighboring exhibitors.

Security The Exhibition Management is not responsible for any loss or theft of exhibitors materials. Although the Exhibition Management will provide security during exhibitors install, tear down and when the exhibit hall is closed to the public, exhibitors agree to retain sole responsibility at all times for the security of all exhibit materials. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged not to leave items of value unattended in booths.

Insurance and Liability The insurance of exhibits against all risks during transit and during the exhibitions particularly against damages, theft, etc. is only the responsibility of the exhibitor. Meanwhile, the insurance should cover the staffs’ security on the booth during the whole exhibition period. The exhibitor is liable for all damages caused to third parties through his participation in the exhibition,including damages to buildings on the exhibition grounds, themselves and installations.The Organizer in no way whatsoever is liable for damage to theft of exhibits even in cases where they take over stand building or display work. Moreover, through acceptance of these Conditions of Participation, the exhibitor expressly releases the Organizer from all claims for recovery of damages by third parties that might arise.

Exhibit Move-in It’s not advisable to freight the commissioned exhibits directly to the venue before September. 3rd, 2014.

Storage Depository is not available on site. In addition, empty and unnecessary cardboard boxes must be dealt with and freighted back.

Smoking Smoking is prohibited in the venue.

Stand contractor In most cases, an official contractor will be appointed to ensure the highly effective and orderly building-up. However, an exhibitor has the right to use his own contractor with the prior approval given by Expo committee and responsibility must be taken to its service on site.

Fire, safety All the exhibitors, contractors, and on-site working staff should assume all responsibility for compliance with local, city, and state ordinances and regulations covering fire, safety, and health. All exhibit equipment and materials will be reasonably located within the booth and protected by safety guards and devices where necessary. Only fireproof materials should be used in displays, and the necessary fire precautions will be taken by the exhibitor.

Customs Clearance For uniform customs clearance, all freight must be handed over to the official freight forwarder when the exhibits entering the city of the exhibition site. If any Exhibitor has to remove any exhibits from the exhibition site, he must inform the official freight forwarder beforehand.

Registration Registration shall be deemed complete and as soon as the exhibitors arrive at the venue getting the materials for exhibitors.

Observance of Rules All exhibitors are bound by the rules and regulations of the Exhibition

Venue and all governmental bodies and authorities.

Raw Space CNY16/sq.m will be charged before the stand set up for RAW SPACE booth. Any additional fee of standard booth will not be charged.

Food Food outside is prohibited to be brought into the venue during the opening hours of exhibition.

Exhibition catalogue: a way to make propaganda to the visitors and those who are related trades. Profiles of the exhibitors will be contained in detail.
