As a charitable organization, the Pendleton YMCA is committed to making sure everyone has the opportunity to pursue their own fitness goals, regardless of their current fitness level or ability to pay. In that spirit, The Pendleton YMCA is now offering Flash Classes. Highlighted in blue, these classes are one day, special offerings that are free and open to the public.

Silver Sneakers Classic- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated and standing support.

Silver Sneaker Yoga- Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. These poses are designed to increase flexibility, range of movement, and balance.

Body Sculpt- A 1 hr muscle toning class using bands, glides, weights and more!

Cardio Sculpt- Dynamic moves that work multiple muscle groups at once & keep the heart rate up!

Matt Pilates- A matt based core class incorporating stretching and relaxation.

Yoga- A total body strength and stretch ending with a peaceful relaxation

Cycle- Appropriate for all skill level, this indoor cycling class is as intense as you can make it!

HITT- High intensity interval training using cardiovascular and resistance exercises that build endurance, burn fat, and increase muscle strength.

Step & Core- Get your heart rate up in this 45min step class, followed by 15 min of core abdominal work!

Cardio Rebound- Jump into fitness! This is an hour class to get your heart pumping with fun choreography on a mini trampoline. This class is modified for all levels beginner to advanced.

Tai Chi- This class is often described as meditation in motion. Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

Compound Weight Training- (45min.) Get your cardio and weight training in at the same time! This class is choreographed using light weights and compound exercises. It's a great total body workout!

Heated Yoga- This class is yoga performed in a heated room. There are several benefits including stress reduction, increased blood circulation, improved flexibility and strength. After class you will feel energized, rejuvenated, and cleansed. Make sure to bring a towel and water to every class!

Hip Hop- Come join the Party! Learn fun hip hop dance moves to popular hip hop songs! A great cardio workout for everyone!

Bootcamp- (1 hr.) Get ready to burn some calories in this class! This is a total body workout incorporating calisthenic exercises such as pullups, pushups, lunges, crunches and many more!

Cross Training- (1 hr.)- This is a total body workout you don't want to miss! The workout will be broken down for you when you arrive. Work through it as a group. You will be guided and motivated by your instructor along the way!

Kickboxing & Core- (1 hr.)- Kick, jab, and cross your way to a great cardio workout! 45 minutes of kickbox combinations followed by 15 minutes of nothing but core exercises
