"Orthotist/Prosthetist - Grade 1"

"Orthotist/Prosthetist - Grade 2"

"Deputy Chief (>5 employed) and Chief - Grade 1 (1-5 employed)" and

"Chief - Grade 2 (6 or more employed)"
