INFORMATION FOR THE PUBLIC

Members of the Public are encouraged and welcome to attend meetings of the committee. A total of ten minutes will be set-aside at the commencement of each meeting to deal with any questions or statements from the public. Any question or statement raised will be allocated a maximum of 5 minutes presentation time, should be relevant to the work of the committee and must be notified in writing (e-mail if you prefer to do this) to the Chairman (or Parish Clerk), no later than 9.00am on the working day before the scheduled start time of themeeting. Copies will be circulated to Councillors in advance of the meeting so that they can consider the content. Should a delegation wish to meet the Council they should appoint a spokesperson to act on their behalf, prior to the meeting.

c). Permitted Development Rights

North Hinksey Parish Council

Councillors are asked to NOTE that the Government has recently increased permitted
development rights for householders who are seeking to add single storey rear extensions.
The following application is being processed by the VWHDC as to whether their prior
approval is required for an extension which could be built under the new permitted
development rights. The VWHDC are therefore only able to consider comments from
owner/occupants of adjoining properties.
