Application Instruction
The application instructions and the online application form for students will be available on our website at in the beginning of October 2016. Please ask your students to read the instructions and submit their application by 1 November 2016. Please note that it is not necessary to send the application documents by mail/email. The application form is filled online and the students should attach all necessary attachments to the online application. Applicants can mark their preferred campus/city in the application, but you should note that due to the large number of applicants, placement to this campus is not guaranteed! Students cannot change their campus after acceptance.
Information on what studies are offered on which campus is available at . In this application round students can apply only for the spring semester 2017. Application round for autumn semester 2017 starts in April 2017.
All applicants will be informed of their acceptance by email by 16 November 2016.
Residence permit invitations for those applicants who require it will be mailed directly to your office in November. Information on residence permits and visas is available at
Academic information:
Spring term’s exact course timetable will be published in November, but students can see from the past spring term’s course timetable on the website what kind of courses we have. But please note that there will be some changes because our International Business degree programme’s and some other business degree programme’s curriculums have changes. The new IB curriculum is available on our website at and .
Housing information
Please ask your students to fill in the application form for housing on our website at by 1 November. Please note that HOAS housing in Helsinki is given on first-come first-serve basis. Due to the large number of applicants, we cannot unfortunately guarantee housing in Helsinki for all applicants.
