Ø  From 7/2007 – 11/2007: technical support and maintenance eng. in Union Europe Co. for mechanical and electrical machines which is specialized in motors, pumps and compressors.

Ø  From 11/2007 – 5/2008: technical support and maintenance eng. in Arab Automatic Control Co. which is specialized in control circuits, control panels and PLC (Design-Execution-testing-Repair) especially ABB products (motors-Drives).

Ø  From 5/2008 till now: Sr. technical support and technical application eng. in Los Amigos for Petroleum Services which is specialized in Corrosion Control (Cathodic Protection systems-Cold Weld-Composite Wrapping Application-Anticorrosion Painting-Inspection of pipelines and tanks).

Practical Skills

Ø  Good idea about maintenance of compressors, pumps and motors.

Ø  Design, Testing and installation for motors, distribution of power circuits and automatic control circuits.

Ø  Technical office eng. (preparing and carrying out studies, reports, quotations, tenders, clarifications, standers reviewing and technical comparisons).

- Off-shore inspection for 3 platforms (risers) GUPCO(BP), helper for a British expert in UT, Red Sea.

- Off-shore C.P system for platform #4 GPC, helper for an American expert from DEEPWATER co., Red Sea.

- Off-shore inspection of a subsea production line (PICO), helper for a Norwegian expert in NDT, Red Sea.

Ø  C.P survey at LNG co. (liquidation of natural gas plant) Edko, National Gas co. middle delta, Petrobel (Enni) at Port Said, Bapetco (Shell) at west desert.

Ø  Application of Cold Weld and Composite Wrapping for:

- Khalda (APACHI) at west desert for a leakage & pitting in 10 inch production pipeline (total length is 3 m).

- ESHPETCO at Hurghada for holes & pitting in 4 inch production pipelines (total length is 8.5 m).

- GASCO (the Egyptian co. for gas distribution) at many sites for different diameters.

- Bapetco (SH ELL) at west desert (twice), dent defect at 8 in. pipeline & leakage at 24 in. drain pipeline.

-  GUPCO (BP) Shoaab Ali platform at red sea to repair a rupture in 18" riser (many int. companies failed in repair this rupture and the well was closed for 8 months before our repair).
