American Event Tents will acknowledge your order with a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
TERMS: A 50% deposit is required to reserve equipment. Balance is due no later than Monday, February 27, 2017. Company Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Master Card, Visa, and American Express are accepted.
All sales tax is applicable.
****Equipment Reservation: Equipment availability is based on a first come, first serve basis. We will begin set up on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Once crew is on-site for initial set-up if additional equipment is added a $45.00 delivery fee plus the 15% surcharge will be added to the cost.

***Please use the space provided above to create a detailed drawing of your booth/tent layout. You should draw it like you are standing in front of your booth looking into the tent. Please pay attention to the directional cue we have labeled (i.e. Stage). Designate with words front & back. If you do not specify above, or if it is insufficient or unclear, the tent will set it up front and center of your booth. If for any reason you request your tent to be moved, there will be an additional fee that would be payable at that time. Due to time constraints we can not guarantee a time frame to move your tent or equipment. Only employees of American shall move tents. All others will be held responsible for any damages. We will make all attempts to contact you if we are uncertain of your set up. The responsibility of clarity lies solely on the customer.
