Who:

We are taking about 100 students and leaders from local middle schools. Lost Canyon will have about 400 students and leaders at camp. There will be another 50 people that are working at LostCanyon to make our week great. Our leader to student ratio is about 1 to 3 this year.

What:

Lost Canyon is one of 25 camps owned and operated by Young Life. Drive a half hour west of Flagstaff and just outside of Williams, AZ you will find one of Young Life’s newest resort camps. It's a place where relationships are built, bonds are formed and lessons learned. For more info, check out lostcanyon.younglife.org

When:

Depart: June 14th, from the SW corner of Tatum and Greenway at 11 a.m.

Return: June 19th, SW corner of Tatum and Greenway. Departure from camp is at 4 p.m.When we get close we will have students call on cell phones to update our arrival time.

  • It can be cold some of the time at Lost Canyon so bring some warm clothes!

Note:

Campers may lock money and valuable items in the camp office during the week. Please note that no alcohol or drugs are allowed. If a camper is found with these items, they will be sent home at the parent’s expense. Additionally, Young Life has a policy that does not allow ipod, mp3 players or cell phones to be used during the camp week. However, campers are allowed to bring and use them on the bus, but while at camp, these items will be available but locked in the camp office.

Cost:

The cost for entire trip to Lost Canyon is$550. If this is your first Wyldlife summer camp and you get a $50 deposit in by March 6thyou will get $50 off the cost of camp. Your balance is due as soon as possible. This includes all transportation and camp fees. This cost will not cover any clothes or snacks purchased at camp, or food on the way to and from camp (2 meals on the road, snacks, t-shirt- about $40?) The camp provides all meals at Lost Canyon.
