6th and 7th – Students will take notes and complete practice problems involving mean, graphs, dot plots, histograms, and frequency tables.
6th Grade – Dot Plots, Histograms, and Stem and Leaf Plots
7th Grade – Box and Whisker Plots and Standard Deviation
8th Grade – Students will learn how to write standard form equations in y-intercept form.
Closing:
Students will answer questions concerning vocabulary
Ticket out the door –students will complete 2-3 problems daily pertaining to concepts taught in class
