A. Officer Reports
· President Dean ():
o Circle of sisterhood week is here! Please be participating in the events this week. The Cold Stone Fundraiser cancelled on yesterday so that will not be taking place tonight. If you have a team for volleyball, please come talk to me after meeting. We also will put out the items for the drawing after meeting!
o All the events have been posted, please come!
o We will be having a makeup fundraiser in the near future.
· Director of Recruitment Aldor ():
o No report. Stay fabulous!
· Director of External Affairs Squire ():
o Report: All Greek study tables are on oct. 27th from 6-8 in the columbine suites! Food and drinks will be provided so come study with us!
o I will be emailing academic chairs for scholarship of the month nominees
§ Those will be due to me by Friday at 5pm
· Director of Risk Management Keffeler ():
o Reminder that this Friday the showing of Half the Sky (the circle of sisterhood documentary) will begin at 7 in Miller Auditorium please be there around 6:30 for check in and pizza!
o There will be a speaker coming on November 3rd (more details to come soon!)
I will have updated rosters with last week’s attendance out by the end of the week
· Director of Internal Affairs Woodard ():
o If you have not given me your NPC dues by the end of meeting your chapter will be charged a 10% late fee.

C. Greek Advisor:
· Rebecca Ingraham ():
o I am still missing two housing inspection forms that were due last week. If your house is on campus, this can be completed by facilities.
o Catalyst Retreat Applications are now available – the retreat will take place January 13-15th.Catalyst’s ultimate goal is to give students the skills to act on the issues and causes that they are most passionate about. And to empower students to engage in difficult conversations surrounding race, intersection of identity and power and privilege in our society. Applications are due Friday, October 28th. If you are interested in learning more or applying you, feel free to check out the website:www.unco.edu/catalyst/
o Alternative Breaks participant and site leader applications are now available! This year there will be a trip over winter break and multiple trips over spring break. These trips are focused on service and take place in different parts of the country. Applications will be attached with the minutes.
o The UNC Campus Climate survey is now available to take atwww.unco.edu/campusclimate/The campus community is strongly encouraged to take the survey that will collect feedback on UNC's climate, defined as "the current attitudes, behaviors, standards and practices of employees and students.”
D. Chapter Reports
· Alpha Omicron Pi:
o Congratulations to Alpha Phi for having a wonderful
philanthropy event on Saturday!
o Last pinning on Friday.
o AOPie a La mode is on October 14th, more information to come
this coming week.
o Hope everyone has fun this week with tabling and attending
activities this week for Circle of Sisterhood
· Alpha Sigma Alpha:
o No chapter report.
o Everybody enjoy Circle of Sisterhood Week!
· Alpha Phi:
o I have an announcement for a product called Handle this Cup. It's a small business owned by UNC Alpha Phi and Sigma Chi Alum! They are a really cool product (they are essentially stackable cup holders!)
o Thank you to those of you who showed their support at Alpha Phifa on Saturday!
o We are looking forward to going to Sig Kap's Color Run, AOPi A la Modeand DZ's Hike for Hearing this month!
o We have a sisterhood this Thursday

· Delta Zeta:
o We are so excited for Panhellenic Philanthropy Week!
o This last weekend we had a great time painting canvases with our Moms at Studio Vino in Loveland.
o We are going on our Fall Sisterhood Retreat in Boulder this weekend.
o Congrats to Alpha Phi for putting on Alpha Phifa, and we wish Sigma Kappa good luck this weekend on Miles for Memories!
o Hike for Hearing is just under 2 weeks away! Weappreciate your support and hope to see you there!
· Sigma Kappa:
o Mile for Memories (Color Run) is this SaturdayOct. 8th
o Registration starts at 9:00, Race starts at 9:30

VIII. New Business:
· Motion to discuss and vote on Panhellenic Bylaw Updates. The voting sheet was given out to the chapters and emailed out in addition. The reasons for the changes are listed below.
· Please get your votes back to me by October 17th
o Language updates – Times New Roman, 12 pt font, Alignment, Social Media Updates
o Position Description Changes – We did this because we want people to be able to be fully disaffiliated during their term.
o Greek Education Update– We did this to update with the University policy.
o Update Sections Based on Current Practices – In order to maintain good academic standing during their term.
