Shannon Nabors - Shannon brings real world experience to her presentations. Shannon is a former regional director for West Texas MHMR.She is currently the Executive Director for St. Mary's Episcopal Retirement Homes maintaining full occupancy. She understands the multiple priorities of the on-site staff and has time-tested strategies to help you advertise your property in tough housing markets.Shannon maintains full occupancy in a difficult community. Anita Moseman - Anita is a HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) and a RAM (Registered in Apartment Management) through the National Association of Home Builders. She also is an Executive HAHP (National Assisted Housing Professional) and a CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy) through the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Anita is a nationally known trainer and affordable housing expert. Her on-site experience adds depth and understanding to her presentations.
